SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Stage A as per Fee Structure above is a prerequisite for execution of any of the other stages. If any of the Stages B, C, D or E subsequently is contracted, the Fee for Stage A will be deducted from the Fee for the first applicable Stage.

If your invention falls within the areas of our competence - see Cases in Patent Marketing above - you are welcome to submit your invention to us for execution of one or several stages; should you decide to go ahead, we ask you to do the following:

1. Send a copy of the Patent or Patent Application and a covering letter by regular mail to us; in subject letter you should tell us all you know about the technical and economic advantages of your invention relative to existing products or systems. Please mail same to:

2. Remit the required Fee for Stage A - EUR 250,- plus applicable VAT in your country, if within EU, - electronically to:

Please note that we will not start on an assignment before the above requirements have been fulfilled.
