We offer private inventors and companies with registered patents - granted patents or patents applied for - our assistance

- to search for suitable licensees in USA/Canada and/or Europe

- to draft Flash Presentations covering the invention(s) including technical description, advantages relative to existing technologies, market potential as well as a select patent drawing and submit same to CEOs of select major companies in the applicable product segments

- to follow up the mailings by e-mail and/or telephone

- to screen the interest and the potential of the different licensees on which we base our recommendations to our clients

- to visit the potential licensee(s) together with our client to make a Presentation of the invention to the top management of the company      or companies in question

- to negotiate the terms of a License Agreement with selected potential licensee(s)

- to draft one or several License Agreements in US-English for approval by our clients

- to submit the License Agreement Proposal to the Licensee(s)

- to negotiate the individual paragraphs of the License Agreement with the Licensee(s)

- to conclude the License Agreement(s)

- to monitor the License Agreement(s) to ensure that the Licensee(s) is (are) complying with terms of the License Agreement(s)
